On face value, it seems to be a pretty reasoable price for an aircraft with the spec's listed above
- Aircraft picked up by the airport manager at auction in 1993 for $2900
- Current owner purchsed in 1993 for $10,000
But.....I think the airport manager got the best deal - $7100.00 profit in one year, based on a $2900.00 investment - Damn

....that is of course provided he didn't do any of the above work
