Update time...
- My mechanic has reviewd the logs, and feels that it's a clean airplane.
- The one item I'll need is a prop O/H due to differing Canadian vs. US standards
- The seller agreed to $22K pending an inspection in Canada
I think $22K may be a little high...but the Canadian import mechanic says "no problem" accepting the engine O/H in Canada...so that will save me a bundle vs. other aircraft I've seen and evaluated.
