Back in '94-'95, before I bought my 152, I was in a club that was similar.
$90 to join, $40/hr set for a Warrior with a 180 up conversion.
There were 10 members in the club and never had a problem with scheduling.
With 10 members only 3 or 4 flew it regularly.
