My "aircraft needs" are as follows: 1) Low operating costs; 2) mortgage payment within my budget; 3) no deterred maintenance issues; 3) I'd like an airplane that doesn't have pending routine maintenance expenses that will have to come out of pocket; 4) basic IFR equipment (preferably IFR cert. current). Basically, I'm looking for something that I can start flying the pants off of from day one and not have to put any additional money into it for some time.
I think I've narrowed it down to a couple of great candidates and hope to have a new plane by next week. (crossing fingers)
