I was just a bit surprised at the pre-qualifications placed on a potential buyer. Typically, money on the table is all that is needed to purchase something.
Folks owning other 150/150's will understand my reluctance to sell it just to anybody. Especially to somebody that is planning on an "over the counter" A&P maintain it.
