Let me get this straight. It is the responsibility of the buyer to "find" an airplane FOR you. The buyer may also not be a "first time buyer," and must "comfortable in maintaining their own aircraft."
Doesn't sound to me like you're really all that motivated to sell.
We're just not going to sell our airplane until we have a suitable replacement. You make that sound like it's a bad thing?
