After reading all the threads on this issue I now have to ask how far out should the rudder stop bolts be from the tail? Can the rudder hit the elevator if the stops are not set correctly?
Can a 150 have too much rudder?
I just completed the Placard install and installed the kit on the tail. Before the kit was installed the stops were tight against the tail and had been since it was painted in 1985. We broke the paint installing the kit. No way could it hang up, but now I have suspenders as well as the belt. Value went up two-fold.
