Let's say that you are looking to purchase a Cessna 150 or 152. Would not having the rudder AD kit installed alter your buying decision?
I see that so far the general consensus is running close to two to one in favor of folks not being concerned about purchasing an aircraft without the rudder stop modification kit installed. I would be willing to wager that as folks get further educated about this, that gap is going to continue to widen.
