Down to 25k? Seems low to me. Are you getting specific feedback that the aircraft is incorrectly priced or are you on the clock to get it sold? Happy to shut up and color, but hate to see a member leave money on the table.
Yes, $25K and a guy is going to pick it up on Wednesday. He has followed the entire "missing logs" saga. In fact, I had to contact him and disclose to him the issues I was learning, when I had originally told him that all of the original logs were intact, which they are not.
I want a quick sale. Maybe it's a tad low, but the buyer has been patient with me. And priced at $42.5K, I was really getting very little interest, even before the "missing logs" issue was fully understood. And, I did a lot of advertising...
