Well, Mark, I am glad for you that you have found a buyer.
I will put up the "sold" sign as soon as it's sold and the guy flies it away.
As for the logs, the issue is with persons who wish to finance a plane. Apparently finance companies are not interested in 55 year old airplanes with 25 years of missing logs as collateral. I find that understandable.
As for the price -- $42.5K, a few calls and most needed to finance. They wanted a clean plane with immaculate paper history.
Drop the price to $25K and the texts/emails/phone calls are coming in constantly. And, fewer questions about the missing logs.
