Yes, out of the market(for the experienced), but don't forget that some folks don't have to sell, so they start really high in hopes of snaggin a big payoff.
Most people here know that I collect watches. There's one Ebay seller from Australia who often lists his watches at ridiculous Buy-It-Now prices (no bidding). His watches are nice, but his prices are usually 200% the going price. We knowledgeable collectors kept laughing at him. But now and then he snags a novice buyer with deep pocket.
