Can't say that it isn't a nice plane. I like the panel, I think Gary sums up the exterior paint correctly. Like Wil mentioned the guy probably has some big $$$$ stuck into it and can probably come up with all the bills to show you but if that is the case the owner is going to take a bath if he thinks he is going to recove all he has into it!!
