Good to know. Obviously I will be checking with my AP/IA to make sure, but I had not even considered the legality before coming upon this thread. There's a lot of difference of opinion about what is and is not legal. And it's so curious that to a seller, anything is legal and how they look at you with astonishment when you tell them it may not be.
