Someone from Bolivia is interested in it and coming on Saturday to look at it. Does anyone know if there are any hidden fees or taxes I should be concerned about?
If I sold it to him and he took it out of the country am I considered the exporter or is he. In other words if I sell it in this country but he takes it to Bolivia - is he exporting it or am I exporting it?
