It's a shame that people are bidding that low. The engine itself at mid time is worth that much. They're just looking for a free airframe.
Flying to Oregon this time of year would be dicey since you have to cross the Rockies. With a 150 you'd be flying the southern route and even then your altitudes will be in excess of 7,000' MSL. Good planning, good timing and some luck will get it across OK.

I wish I was in the market right now, sounds like a gem at a great price! I paid a bit more than 12.5 and its VFR only.
