I am based at WEA (Parker Co.) and have been working on another 150 on the next row over from where it is currently parked. Even took a picture to write down the registration.

Presently, the nose gear strut needs air/fluid service, and it could definitely use a washing, but that is as much as I really know about it. The FBO mechanic and his IA stopped by it days ago for a few minutes - perhaps this was the estimate he received for the spot of corrosion mentioned in the CraigsList ad.
I will be out there tomorrow and will look closer and get some more pictures.
