Call me cheap, but I would be looking to limit the entry dollars to $4k. New Cylinders, oil pump, bearings with a reworked crank and cam ~$10k, paint ~$8k, interior ~$1.2k, avionics ~$2k, glass ~$800, brakes/wheels/tires ~$600, misc ~$2k.....
Looks like it needs ~$25k in parts and a lot of free TLC. Value when completed ~$29k.
By the way which prop does it have?
