You know, I think you're on a winner, obviously... I am not there and can't see it close up, but (and apart from an engine o/haul) its all pretty much superficial, inspection, elbow grease and there you'll have it. A good clean, and maybe a stiff cut and polish to see what the paint does, but really, the airframe looks pretty straight and complete.. bar a few small bits and pieces that should not be too costly to find around the second hand spare parts places.
