Yup, I keep it right next to my license to slap nosey people who ask stupid questions! grin If it is your plane, then all you need is a private pilot license to change the oil.

Going back around 20 years or so, I made my living as an arborist (climbing trees with a chain saw in one hand). The business was big enough to have it's own maintenance shop. One time some OSHA clown, or maybe it was an insurance guy, came down to the shop and started badgering the mechanic big time. Finally, he chased him outside and back to his car with the biggest wrench he could get his hands on. laugh I wish I could say that I was a witness, but I heard all about it shortly afterwards. We thought for sure the guy would come back with the cops, but he never did. Ahhh....the good old days.
