I think most of us are familiar with the O&N tank but many owners' ability to shell out the jing for it renders that option moot. Bill and I, just for grins, kicked around the idea of using a nearly-indestructable tank designed for below-deck boat use, an aircraft approved fuel pump, and necessary hardware. Installing it in the baggage compartment yourself the total cost would be about $300 using high quality components. The tanks come in a variety of shapes and sizes and we we worked the idea out to the point of being simple in design and installation, very economical, and virtually foolproof. Sadly it is, of course not FAAproof. Sooooo...again, a moot point cry
