Very revealing, Bill! I wonder if the student pilot ever finished his training? The engine isn't seized (although probably a little more than well-done) as the prop position changed in the pictures. The biding already exceeds the airplanes current worth with a bad engine, even if parted out! 20 SMOH, indeed!
