Been where you are, as have many others so no one is laughing.
94W is in annual now, and even after a year of chasing the power gremlins, the first annual is a fine tooth comb variety that will cost me big time. We found some interesting things including: A locknut installed upside down (how did they get it started anyway) on the spar carry through to wing spar attach point (nut can crack under load). Trim screw jack block unlubricated and so worn you could almost push the jack screw through the block (2700 tt?), many of the pulleys and hinges showing no lubrication, all new brake hoses, etc.
So...it's gonna cost me, but when it is done, I expect future annuals to be in and out in a day.
