Hi Rob, Welcome to the Club! I am not an A&P, but I have been looking at planes myself. The only opinion that I would have is that for $30,000, you can take your pick of just about any 150 out there! May I suggest Mike Arman's book "Owning,Buying or Flying the Cessna 150/152" it is available through the club store. Very good information for for the prospective owner! Keep asking questions!
