It seems that prices for 150/152's are increasing a little. I read yesterday that student pilot starts were up in response to the increase in demand for pilots for commercial operations. I guess the two kind of go together.
I think it is fantastic that someone who puts so much work in restoring an airplane can be rewarded when someone else recognizes what they are looking at.
