Haha, but $40k... I'd grab a 172 in a heartbeat if I had that budget. Unless you're just absolutely sold on the 152, Zach, if you can afford a $40k airplane, I'd strongly recommend looking at a 172. It will provide more flexibility with the 4 seats and isn't too much more expensive to maintain.
