The sals tax in the metro areas of Okielandia is just short of 9% (8.8 or 8.9) and I have lived in both Oklahoma and Washington state (Edmonds) and Washington state is worth the extra $55 per year aircraft registration. We also have a state income tax and ample property taxes.
