It is rather confusing though. It is advertised as a 1971 which should be an "L Model" right... I see the longer dorsal fin on the turtle deck but it has flat spring landing gear and the older style cowling. Looking up the registration " N155DC " it is listed as a 1970 but with an airworthiness date of Aug. 16 1971. Talk about identity crisis. Did Cessna need to use up extra parts from the old before totally switching to the new or has someone rebuilt this plane with older style gear and cowling?
