I have been looking at her at the advice of Bill. My problem is not just the engine (it if was...then I would go for it) but it is the O&N aux fuel and I need baggage space. Further, a blank white paint job makes me nervous at Oregon distances. Is it a strip and paint, or a scratch and squirt? ARe there corrosion issues? What about avionics? All in all you could end up in the low $30K range, but still, not bad for a 150/150 with a lot of nice new stuff.

Carl...this puppy has your name written all over it. Field OH the engine, swap the STC into your tail dragger, then swap the other parts into this airframe and probably come out ahead on the deal with a nice 150/150 STOL taildragger. What a deal.

I might reconsider if I could get a good squint at the bird (oh...I forgot to mention....does it have it's paperwork in order. Don't forget that is another big bill), but I suspect that it is for sale cheap for a reason...and it has not sold which makes me further suspect.

Rescue it if you can, but look it over closely.
