It appears to have the incorrect spinner mentioned in
another thread a few days ago. It looks like it is blocking almost 1/2 of the oil cooling openings. For a better explanation, look at

Yes your correct. I noticed this when he pulled up.
Also, the wheel pants have been removed. He said he just hasn't put them on since they did some wheel maintenance.
