Nerf delivery is 10% skill and 90% luck. You'll get 3 chances (in 3 passes). There will be people on the ground with flags to help you gauge the wind direction and strength.

As for getting to Clinton by commercial flight, if you're going by yourself and doesn't carry much luggage, somebody probably can give you a ride from the big airport to Clinton. If you're traveling with your daughter and much luggage, a rental car is probably best.
