The best way to send the pictures and STC info is by e-mail. Text your email address to the 605-210-2026 or email to hlmohagen@sdplains.com. We are located at Reva SD which is half way between 6V5 and D92

Here's some paperwork to look over as well. This looks like a fun plane!

That is the first time I've seen a 150hp conversion with a skull cap for the spinner. Yes, looks like a fun plane!

Just curious, what's the fuel burn and flight endurance with 150hp? My stock 1964 E burns 5.5 to 6 gph and I usually run out of bladder space before I run out of fuel.

I don't think the skull cap is the approved but at the annual it wasn't condemned. I took the large spinner off to paint and have not gotten it done. actually we used it some without any spinner and a different mechanic thought it was ok. I have the complete large spinner in good shape that would go with the plane.

It burns about 7.5 gph. Most asked question is if it has long range tanks but if you don't have the Gross Wt increase it doesn't help much.

Bryan,

FYI as info:

At 2300 RPM (62% power) we burn 7.5 GPH in our 150/150

At 2000 RPM (47% power) we burn 5.3 GPH

There's a lot of flexibility to be had with a 150/150.

Hope this helps.
