That's a heck of a price, it definitely won't be on the market long. For comparison, the 150L that just moved in at HNB has about 200-300 hrs on its overhaul and a GNS400. Interior is immaculate, the paint is not as good as this. Not sure total time on the airframe. He purchased it from a flight school in Florida for $32k.

I was telling someone about a month ago, as far as 150s and 152s wit low engine time go, it's definitely a seller's market right now.
