Hi Phil,

Yes, the nose strut is available. I'm looking on Ebay and seeing them with a $500 buy it now price, how does $350 sound? Or, I include the axle, wheel, and new tire for $500?

I uploaded a photo of the nose gear already, you can see that one of the steering arms broke off, but I don't see any other damage, it looks like the motor mount took it all. The last annual says "Rebushed NLG scissors and shimmed...Replaced NLG tire and tube...Replaced both NLG wheel grease felts and both races and bearings".

I sent you a private email too.

Richard;
I have a 1947 C-140 project that needs a landing light. Any chance you would take out the mountng hardware from you parts project. If the plexiglass is not serviceable, that is available but I have not found the rest of the mountings. Supposedly it all fits my rag wing as there is an STC for it.

Thanks,

Dewey

Richard,
I need the spring gear. Don't need wheels or brakes. Any idea on the price.
Regards,
Dan

Here are some more radio pictures. There is a crack in the face plate where the removal screw is recessed. Cosmetic, but there.

Hi Eric,

I think the elevators are undamaged. I looked all of the tail surfaces over and didn't see any damage other than the fairing at the top of the vertical stab.

Did you want them both?

Richard
