So, as much as I love my little old green airplane, it's time to find it a new home. It's got 4700 TTAF and 1340 SMOH, very good paint and interior and I put lots of new stuff in it over the last year: JPI-450, Skytek starter, spin-on filter, MacFarlane fuel vent line, Gill battery, new engine baffles, new ignition harness, carpeting, refinished interior side panels, and a top overhaul on two cylinders. Compressions are all in the 70s. I'm asking $20K. Charlie N30713 1970 C-177B Based at W32 (Washington Executive Hyde Field, MD)

I will bet that you will love the 177. I have never owned one but have a couple of hours in one. Sure is easy to get in to and out of. Congratulations!
