Rick,

There is of course the next best thing and that is having a friend with a lakeside cottage in the north woods that works so hard to keep it that he never has time to go. He hates to see the place go to waist and likes to have someone check up on it for him... grin

There is pretty much zero rationalization for this aircraft being 72K. I can agree its Unique, but it appears he is trying desperately to get what he put into it out of the sale. We all know how that goes.

I guess if someone else is Desperate enough to have something like this he will find a buyer.

Personally I probably would never have put it on the market for anything over 40K.

And he as a 150/150 with tailwheel conversion, floats and skis that needs to be exercised regularly; and because he feels guilty about asking you to do that for him, he pays for the gas...

Well that might be stretching it a little too much wink But heck worth a shot!

But if you had the aforementioned 150/150 you could almost start your own little business checking up on all those camps owned by folks who are working too hard to ever visit them... laugh

Well, Nuts.

That explains why my new Emron paint job was lying in a puddle under the plane after last week's thundershower.... frown
