Ken, It is the collar that is attached to the instrument panel that the shaft of the yoke slides thru.

I can't find the numbers you referenced before from any of the diagrams.

He indicates that there a "3" part numbers for a 74 150,, which is why his is more expensive then buying the new ones I'd posted earlier. This guy is so full of it that he's blowing it out his "where ever"
