It would be fun to meet the owner, see and fly the airplane. The price would seem to indicate a strong emotional attachment (as well as a financial one) to this nicely equipped 150. It's possible that if he had been a member of this club, participated in the forum, attended CWI, etc. he might not be selling(?) Hopefully the new owner will be, or become, a member.
