Makes me feel a lot better about all the money I spent on 152MM. Like someone else said, look at all the planes in the $75,000.00 range. You could buy a heckofa nice Glasair or maybe even an older Lancair, RV, etc. I sold my 68 182 for 75K and it was very a very nice low time plane.
