Well I looked at the airplane today. Very nice, rare find airplane! Paint is in really good condition although I wouldn't rate it at 95% of perfect as the ad said, but still in very good shape. A few minor exterior fairing cracks, but nothing serious. Interior in really good shape, and the side posts are the only thing that might need to be replaced. Very little fading of the plastic and the carpet looks good. Recent annual showed compressions in the 70s. I saw no signs of any hail damage. Older radios , but with ILS. A 152 in this great condition are very rare. The last I checked the bid was at $45,500.
