I had some remorse watching 22595 fly away. He gave me a nice wing wave, a nice touch. I agree with the others, and wish you a swift and easy sale. Anyone who complains about your airplane hasn't looked at very many. I think it will be smooth and quick.
It's surprising how active the under $50,000 market is. While I was looking I found some good values that were sold within hours by sight unseen buyers. This happened at least three times. I think two factors are affecting this.
1 The change in the medical requirements are limiting the available sales volume by many of us who want to keep flying.
2 The genuine upcoming airline pilot shortage has more people buying time builders.
