Hi all. A friend of mine who's already a pilot, would like to purchase a C-150 to build time for future aviation job opportunities. I, of course, recommended him a C-150.

If anyone knows of a good one wanting a new home, please let me know.

BTW, in Controller.com, there is this one [controller.com] that looks beautiful. It's tailwheel and IFR capable.

For his main mission, which is time-building at the lowest possible cost, it may be a bit onerous at $35k. So I would like to tap the wisdom of this forum for opinions regarding current and resale values for this year and TW conversion.
