A friend has a 1977 Cessna 172 Hawk XP for sale at Lincoln, NE (KLNK). Aircraft is a 10 Exterior and 10 Interior with registration N736BW. About 1200 hours since new. IO-360 with about 1200 hours. This is the XP engine - with Xtra Performance. Has not been flown or started since 2008, according to log books. All logs are present since new. Avionics are original, without updates, 2 navcoms, ADF, Transponder. Not in annual. As is, where is. Owner passed away, and widow will not allow engine to be turned or started until new owner takes possession. Must sale by Feb 15. Representative of owner is taking bids.
