Odds are high that this is the best option and you'd also end up with an airworthy and flyable plane to sell.

While the old engine is off, spiff up the engine compartment and inside of the cowlings......a clean and spiffy engine compartment is a rarity which adds a lot of pizzazz when a potential buyer sees it.

Add this to your description from 2006 and it sounds like you have a marketable 150??
