So far, I have had to get a new (used) left fuel tank because in the process of replacing the fuel drains, the threads came out of the one on the left tank. I'll be sending both mags off for overhaul tomorrow and found both mufflers need replaceing and they are on order. The carb may also need overhaul. I have two new fuel caps, a new universal joint for the left control yoke. New Hoerner wing tips are on order and I got a new dorsall, both from KNots 2 U. The aelerons are badly in need of rigging. I am also in the process of cleaning up a bit of skin corrosion. I pulled the left fuel tank out today and didn't find any corrosion but I did find a really nice Snap On screw driver under the tank.LOL I'll be removing the entire (useless) vacuum system soon. Don't you just love ForeFlight? I can't wait to get this thing back in the air. I have really enjoyed working on this little plane, almost a much as flying it.
