Elliot! Great to hear you love this 65E! When I first saw her listed, I started dreaming about how neat it would be to own your own 150. Someday I hope to but not until I have the cash saved up. It sounds like you have quite a bit of experience working on airplanes. I don't have that much, except as a mechanics assistant (hey give me that wrench....here's a cowling member etc) working with a B-17 and B-24. Funny as when my youngest son turned 13 we both got into RC...after a few years if I had put the money toward a full scale 150, I'd be half way there! That's great you enjoy working on 150s as well. I got my license in a 150 42 years ago in the Philippines and then "moved on" LOL to a 172 and then a Piper Warrior...The 150 is much more responsive and way more fun to fly.
