My Airmap has a backup battery pack which I loaded with AA batteries. But it runs off the plane's cigarette lighter when the engine is running. As for the remote antenna, I guess you can contact Lowrance or keep looking on Ebay. That's where I got mine two years ago for about $250, complete package.
