Now, keep in mind, in other cultures haggling is part of the culture. I remember a foreign student my brother was hosting would become extremely irritated when they went shopping because they would purchase items at face value without haggling the price. I found that also with some of the foreign interest in Warner's airplane where I sensed hesitation, unsureness when I didn't "play the game!"
