I came cross a 152 with less than 400 hours. While this plane is "said" to be in very good shape, it has been damaged
The FAA report states: THE STUDENT PILOT WAS PRACTICING TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS WHEN HE LOST CONTROL OF THE ACFT ON LANDING. .... THE AIRCRAFT VEERED OFF THE RUNWAY DAMAGING THE LEFT WING.
The AP who recently did a TOH says that the damage was repaired extremely well (not by him) and would go unnoticed if it wasn't reported. This plane has flown abour 75 hours since the accident. The owner is asking a pretty hefty price based upon the hours, general state of the aircraft and the TOH. It seems that nothing was deducted for the DH. Would a recent DH make you hesitate purchasing such an A/C? Would you expect a discount for a DH A/C? If so, by how much?
