Be careful, Frank! Don't let total time blind you to the facts. Take the same careful steps you would if she had 10,000 hours, 10 previous owners, and logbooks the size of an encyclopedia (you've read it all here on the forum)! That's a little more than top dollar for any low time 150/152 I know of (and some 172's and others), so you want to make sure she won't cost you more later! You have to be satisfied with the airplane first, and then the low TT is just a bonus!

I don't worry a lot about old damage history, but many shoppers do! That could make a big difference in your wallet should you later decide to sell (it happens).
