Mine, as probably most, had a couple of tach changes, and the guy I bought it from made sure I was given the documentation to validate TT. If the owner is less than accomodating, I would be unwilling to write a check. It has been discussed on the forum, deal with a seller who is upfront about the condition of the craft. Incidentally, I have had to change the tach again since I purchased my 150 and was able to get the new tach(no Hobbs) to indicate TTSN at a small increase in price. Sure makes things easier!
